Amherst Arts Night Plus, the Town's monthly art walk continues its virtual programming for the August 6th art walk, 5-8 pm, aired live on Amherst Media, Ch. 15. It can also be streamed live.

The 45-minute program will be repeated during the 5-8 pm timeslot. Featured this month includes: an interview and demonstration by muralist Kim Carlino, a discussion by Gallery A3 artists about the gallery's new window display “Together in August,” The Bower Studio’s “So Different Too” from their exhibition “Both Sides Now,” watercolors by Hongbing Tang, and music video interludes by Dawn Lepere & Jeff Starns (“Trouble My Days”), pianist Stephen Page (“You’ve Changed (We’ve Changed?)), and The Roving Corsairs (“Hills of Connemara”).

This may be our last virtual presentation,” stated Amy Crawley, chair emerita of AANP. “For September we’re planning to turn the entire Amherst downtown into an exhibition space by placing art in as many store windows as possible for a period of three weeks. Watch for this exciting new Arts Night Plus program.
